Jones Mathew

Associate Professor (Marketing) at GDWI-Lancaster University. 18 years of corporate experience in multinational (Reebok and HCL) and Indian companies (Sunrise and Hero Group) culminating at the VP (Sales & Marketing) level.Jones's core areas of teaching and research are Marketing of Services, Product and Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour, Selling and Sales Management, Public Distribution
and Channel Management.

Jones is also a trainer in the areas of Leadership, Motivation, Team Building, Customer Service, Communication Strategies and Service Leadership and guest faculty in Marketing at premier business schools in NCR such as IIFT, New Delhi. He has conducted several training programs at Nokia Siemens Networks, Somany Ceramics Ltd, Escorts Ltd, The Energy Resources Institute (TERI), PHD Chamber of Commerce, New Horizons Inc, Delhi Government's Department of Child and Women's Welfare.


Abhijit Chand

Abhijit Chand is an experienced advertising and marketing communications professional with over 11 years of industry experience in Singapore and India.

He has developedconsumer and brand engagement programs for premier organizations such as the University of California at Berkeley, the University of California at Los Angeles, the National University of Singapore and others from the United States and Singapore in both in-house and agency roles.

His work has included brand development and positioning, marketing communication planning including creative strategy and media strategy development for print and broadcast media. He is currently focusing on direct marketing, with emphasis on communications and sales integration.

Currently, he teaches Brand Management, Integrated Communications and Advertising, and Strategic Marketing. Abhijit has an MBA in Marketing from the NUS Business School Singapore and the Richard Ivey Business School, Canada. He has lived and worked in Singapore, India, and the United States.



Vipin Agarwal

Vipin holds an MBA (Marketing) from Banaras Hindu University.

He has more than 8 years of work experience in academics and industry. He started his career with Jaypee group,one of the leaders in infrastructure sector in India. In his academic career spanning over six years he has taught at top business and design schools including Department of Fashion Management Studies (NIFT) and Bradford University programmes in IndiaHe also served at Bank of Baroda where he was instrumental in setting up of information system for risk measurement and monitoring.

He was responsible for formulating long term strategic plan and scenario planning for the Bank. He is a Masters in Economics and Diploma in Finance.

He is presently teaching Lancaster University Management School programmes in India under GD Goenka World Institute. He specializes in marketing with teaching and research focus on consumer behavior and brand management.


Kushal Kataria

Kushal has over 7 years of teaching, research and corporate experience in India and Europe.

He has worked with organizations like The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), The German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin), Ansal Institute of Technology, JK Business School and GD Goenka World Institute.

He acquired his Masters in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences (FHTW, Berlin), Germany and Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.

Kushal has also received training in Case Method of teaching from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.



Deepak Nighoskar

Deepak has over 15 years of experience in Financial Services Domain including Strategy Formulation, Risk Management, Financial Analysis and Performance Evaluation.

He is currently Managing Partner at Avizare Solutions, where he is responsible for development, design and implementation of new products and driving analytical capabilities to supportclient needs and objectives.

Prior to Avizare, he led analytics group at Genpact (erstwhile unit of GE Capital), responsible for delivering solutions in the area of risk analytics, scorecard development and profitability analysis.

Besides, he led multiple assignments related to business intelligence, reporting and automation for financial services companies.He also served at Bank of Baroda where he was instrumental in setting up of information system for risk measurement and monitoring.

Harsha Kapoor

Harsha is a Management consultant with 17 years experience in Strategy, Analytics and Risk.

He is currently Managing Partner at Avizare Solutions, where he is responsible for Strategy and Business Development.
Prior to Avizare, he led the Analytics Solutions practice at Tata Strategic (TSMG) a leading south Asian strategy management consulting firm.

He leveraged sophisticated analytical techniques to help companies across industry to improve market share, optimize cost, manage risk and enhance productivity. In 2010 he authored a well-being index for India, which provided insights into living standards of people in 600 districts across the country.

He set up risk analytics unit for GE Insurance Solutions (ERC) and delivered high-impact analytics projects for Property & Casualty insurance lines.

He also initiated and set up the analytical framework for risk management at one of the major commercial banks in India – Punjab National Bank. He is a Masters in Economics from Lucknow University.


Shyamanuja Das

30 years of work experience – half in corporate in Amul, Dabur and DS Group and the other half in academic institutions such as NDRI, IMI, LBSIM and GD Goenka World Institute.

Manufacturing, layout and process improvement, lead times and inventory level rationalization and quality management are his areas of expertise.He teaches courses in Strategic Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, and Managing Family Owned Business.

He is an executive management trainer in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Entrepreneurship & Turnaround. Has conducted several MDPs; prominent being the ones for National Thermal Power Corporation (4weeks duration), PHD Chamber of Commerce and Institute for Studies in Industrial Development.

Prof Das holds a PGDBM in Operations Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar and an M. Tech (IIT, Kharagpur).


Dr. Saibal Basu

Saibal acquired his PhD in Economics from University of Notre Dame, USA.

He has a varied teaching and research interest ranging from pure economics to the area of intersection between applied economics and marketing. At GD Goenka World Institute he teaches advanced courses in Economics and is part of a new initiative aimed at fostering international research collaborations.

His area of expertise in executive development is Game Theory and its applications to negotiation situations for improving business profitability.


CA Rammohan Bhave

Rammohan Bhave, is a LIMCA RECORD HOLDER in IFRS 2011 and an internationally renowned IFRS faculty and implementation expert.

Mr. Bhave is a fellow member of Institute ofChartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of cost and Works Accountants of India(ICWAI) and he is associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

He holds Diploma in IFRS awarded by ACCA, London and ICAI, India. He holds post graduate degree in LLB and he is a Six Sigma- Green Belt Holder.He brings in 28 years of Industry experience of which last 13 years he has held positions like CFO/Finance Director of companies like Mittal Group (at Europe), Reliance, Foundation software (Chanderia Group), Blue Star, Gammon, Mafatlal and Crompton Greaves .

He has taught IFRS in 21 cities in 7 countries and has been an eminent speaker at many national conferences.



Dr. Jaskiran Arora

Presently working as Associate Professor, with G.D Goenka World Institute (Tie-up with Lancaster University, UK), Dr. Jaskiran Arora is Ph.D, MBA Finance and UGC-Net qualified faculty with an impeccable academic record of distinction throughout her higher education.
She brings to her classes over 11 years of industry and teaching experience in the areas of accounting and finance.

She has many publications to her credit in the area of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has been invited speaker on conferences in the area of IFRS.



Dr Seema Bhatt

Seema has eight years of teaching and training experience with B-Schools and corporate houses.

She has designed, developed and administered soft skills training programs for the corporate sector in Group Dynamics and Team Building, Communication skills, Leadership, Decision Making, Personality Development and Creativity.

Seema has a PhD in Management from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management and a BSc degree from Delhi University.



Dr Ajay Rastogi

Ajay is the Director of Viveka Foundation, an NGO in the field of education publishing and theatre for social change.

He has over 20 years of experience in regional national and international organizations including the UN. With a master's degree in Applied Ethics from the Netherlands.

Ajay extensively uses approaches from western contempory philosophy in designing workshops. Ajay is a yoga and meditation practitioner for several years and combines these techniques effectively in his workshop programmes.

Ajay has been an Environmental crusader at the highest levels having worked with WWF, Fairtrade Labelling Organization (FLO)and FAO. Ajay is also the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Environmental Leadership Award in 2010 and has published extensively.

He describes his life as a journey of passion, reflection and action.


Dr Arindam Chatterjee

Arindam is a PhD in Commerce from MONIRBA, University of Allahabad.

He did his Master of Psychology with specialization in Human Resource Development and Management from Department of Psychology, University of Allahabad.

Arindam has worked with a leading consulting firm NIS Sparta Ltd and has conducted several behavioral training programs for leading
companies and Institutes like Reliance Money, IndusInd Bank, India Bulls, Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology etc.

His areas of training interest include individual Dynamics, Interpersonal, Group and Organization Dynamics, Organization Development, Human Resource Development and Behavioral Training.


Kishore Chakraborti

Kishore is Vice President, Consumer Insight, McCann Erickson India and has two and half decades of involvement in advertising in India and Nepal, handling brands ranging from Coca Cola to Tata Steel. Kishore is a trainer for McCann Worldgroup international training programmes on communication and brand management.He is also the head of Human Futures Development (HFD) of McCann Worldgroup India.

He is a member of McCann Global learning officer team training professionals in Asia Pacific region of the Worldgroup.

Kishore is the editor of the McCann Worldgroup journal on strategic planning and consumer insight in India and writes in the guest columns of Agency Faqs and Exchange 4 Media nd Financial Express, The Asian Age, Brand Reporter and in quite a few management journals.

Kishore is a visiting lecturer at a number of management Institutes and business schools in India such as IIFT, DSE and FMS.

Dr. Kishore Morya has more than sixteen years of professional experience comprising of over a decade of academic experience and about six years of industry experience in thefield of marketing and sales.

Dr. Morya has expertise in the field of Quantitative Techniques for Management, Supply Chain Management and International Business.Dr. Morya has done PhD. in the field of Supply Chain Management and Profitability of the Organization after finishing his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and masters in International Business/Information Technology.
