Programme Goals

The overall goal of the Mentor Program is to help students develop the skills and attitudes necessary to succeed in their careers, as well as to provide a direct link between the classroom and business community. 

The specific goals of the programme are:

Students
  • Learn about and discuss specific career paths
  • Develop and cultivate a business network
  • Understand the relevance of their academic studies
  • See what tasks and issues executives really face
Mentors
  • To provide an opportunity to pass on professional wisdom and experience and "give something back".
  • To gain exposure to alternative perspectives and cutting edge business school theory.
  • To develop personal mentoring and leadership skills.
