Career overview

Dr. Singh, FDP Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, holds a PhD in the area of security analysis and portfolio management from Kumaun University, Nainital and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UP Technical University, Lucknow, India. At GDGWI he lectures on accounting and finance modules such as Financial Accounting-II (IFRS), Financial Derivatives and Risk Management, Principles of Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Advanced Management Accounting, Accounting Information System, and Legal Environment of Business.

He has published in severalInternational as well as Indian scholarly journals including Journal of Global Responsibility, SMS Journal of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Gumbad Business Review, Management Insight, Aatmbodh,Purushartha and Vimarsh.

Dr. Singh joined GD Goenka World Institute – Lancaster University in August 2014 as Associate Professor. He has more than ten years’ experience in teaching, research and academic administration. Prior to taking up his current position, Dr. Singh worked with Oceana International Business School, Mauritius (APU, Coventry University, UK) and IFTM University, Moradabad, India.
